# Cargo and Shipping Carrier Integrations in Pixa Lab

> Connect your preferred cargo carriers to Pixa Lab. Print labels, track shipments, and route orders to the right carrier automatically from one dashboard.

Pixa Lab integrates with a wide range of cargo and shipping carriers so you can manage all your shipments from a single panel. Whether you ship through a marketplace's contracted carrier rates or your own negotiated agreements, Pixa Lab routes orders to the right carrier, generates labels, and keeps tracking information up to date across all your channels.

## Marketplace-Contracted Carriers

Marketplace-contracted carriers are shipping companies whose rates are negotiated directly by the marketplace on your behalf. When you fulfil an order from a marketplace that has a contracted carrier agreement, Pixa Lab uses those rates automatically — no separate carrier account is required.

## Custom-Contracted Carriers (3PL)

Custom-contracted carriers are 3PL providers with whom you have a direct fulfilment agreement. Pixa Lab forwards orders to these providers and syncs tracking and stock data back to your channels automatically.

## Configuring a Cargo Integration

    Go to **Integrations** in the Pixa Lab sidebar and select **Cargo**.

  <Step title="Select Your Carrier">
    Find the carrier you want to configure and click **Connect**.

  <Step title="Enter Your Account Credentials">
    Input your carrier account number, API key, or customer code. For marketplace-contracted carriers, Pixa Lab may retrieve credentials directly from your connected marketplace — follow the on-screen instructions.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Set Default Preferences">
    Choose the carrier as a default for specific channels or order types (for example, international orders vs. domestic). You can assign different carriers to different marketplaces or product categories.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Test the Connection">
    Click **Test Connection** to verify that Pixa Lab can communicate with your carrier's API. Once the test passes, the integration is active and ready to use.

  <Step title="Print Labels and Track Shipments">
    When you fulfil an order in Pixa Lab, the system generates a shipping label using your configured carrier. Tracking numbers are sent back to the originating marketplace or e-commerce platform automatically.

  Enable **automatic carrier selection** in your cargo settings to let Pixa Lab choose the most cost-effective carrier for each order based on destination, weight, and your contracted rates. This can significantly reduce your average shipping cost without any manual effort.
