# Pixa Lab Quick Start: Your First Order in 15 Minutes

> Follow this guide to create your Pixa Lab account, connect your first sales channel, import your catalog, and process your first order in under 15 minutes.

This guide walks you through the essential steps to get Pixa Lab up and running as quickly as possible. By the end, you will have a live account, at least one sales channel connected, your product catalog imported, and inventory sync active — ready to receive and process real orders.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Create your account">
    Visit the [Pixa Lab sign-up page](https://pixasoftware.com/demo-talep-et/) and complete the registration form. Enter your name, business email address, and company details, then submit the form. You will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes — click the activation link inside to verify your address and activate your account.

    <Info>
      Pixa Lab offers a **14-day free trial** with no credit card required. You get full access to all features during the trial period so you can evaluate the platform with real data.

  </Step>

  <Step title="Log in to your dashboard">
    Once your account is activated, go to the [Pixa Lab login page](https://lab.pixasoftware.com/giris-yap) and sign in with the email address and password you registered with. You will land on the main dashboard, which gives you an overview of your channels, orders, and inventory at a glance.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Connect your first store or marketplace">
    Navigate to **Integrations** in the left sidebar and select the marketplace or storefront you want to connect first — for example, Trendyol, Amazon, or Shopify. Click **Add Integration**, then follow the on-screen prompts to authorize the connection using your store credentials or API keys. Most integrations complete in under two minutes.

    <Tip>
      Start with your highest-volume channel so you can see the biggest impact straight away. You can add more integrations at any time from the same Integrations menu.
    </Tip>
  </Step>

  <Step title="Import your product catalog">
    After your channel is connected, go to **Products** and select **Import Catalog**. Pixa Lab automatically pulls in all existing listings from your connected channel — including titles, descriptions, images, variants, and pricing. Review the imported products and resolve any flagged data issues before proceeding.

    <Warning>
      If you sell on multiple channels, import each channel's catalog separately. Pixa Lab will merge duplicate SKUs automatically, but review the merge suggestions carefully to avoid overwriting correct data.
    </Warning>
  </Step>

  <Step title="Set up inventory sync">
    Open **Inventory** in the sidebar and enable **Real-Time Sync** for each connected channel. Set your stock buffer — the minimum quantity Pixa Lab keeps in reserve before it marks a product as out of stock on your channels. Once sync is active, every sale automatically deducts from your central inventory and updates all channels within seconds.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Process your first order">
    Go to **Orders** to see all incoming orders from your connected channels in a single list. Select an order, review the details, and click **Confirm Order**. Pixa Lab generates a shipping label, notifies the carrier, and updates the order status on the originating marketplace — all in one action. If you have set up invoicing, it also creates and dispatches the invoice automatically.
  </Step>
