# Pixa WMS Quick Start: From Sign-Up to First Shipment

> Set up your Pixa WMS account, define your warehouse layout, connect a sales channel, and ship your first order with this step-by-step guide.

This guide walks you through every step from signing up for a free trial to shipping your first order through Pixa WMS. The entire setup takes less than an hour for a straightforward warehouse, and you can always expand your configuration — adding more zones, channels, or integrations — as your operation grows.

  <Step title="Create Your Account">
    Go to [pixasoftware.com/demo-talep-et](https://pixasoftware.com/demo-talep-et/) and fill in the request form to start your **14-day free trial**. No credit card is required. The Pixa onboarding team will contact you to activate your account and provide your login credentials.

  <Step title="Log In to Pixa WMS">
    Navigate to [lab.pixasoftware.com/giris-yap](https://lab.pixasoftware.com/giris-yap) and enter your credentials. After logging in, select **Pixa WMS** from the product switcher in the top navigation bar to open the WMS dashboard.

  <Step title="Define Your Warehouse">
    Open **Settings → Warehouse** and create your first warehouse profile:

    1. Enter a warehouse name and address.
    2. Add at least one **zone** (e.g. *Zone A — Shelving*).
    3. Within each zone, add **aisles**, **shelves**, and **locations** using your preferred naming convention (e.g. `A-01-01` for Aisle A, Shelf 01, Position 01).

  <Step title="Connect Your First Sales Channel">
    Go to **Integrations → Sales Channels** and click **Add Channel**. Select your marketplace or e-commerce platform (for example, Trendyol or Shopify), enter the required API credentials, and click **Connect**. Pixa WMS will pull in your existing product catalogue and open orders automatically.

  <Step title="Receive Your First Products">
    Navigate to **Receiving** and click **New Receipt**. Scan each product's barcode or enter the SKU manually to record the incoming quantity. Assign each product to a warehouse location and click **Confirm Receipt** to update stock levels. Your connected sales channels will reflect the new stock immediately.

  <Step title="Process Your First Order">
    Open **Orders** and select a pending order. Click **Start Picking** to generate a route-optimised pick list. Follow the on-screen navigation to each shelf location, scan the item barcode to confirm the pick, then proceed to the **Packing** station. Scan each item again to validate the contents, confirm the pack, and print the automatically generated cargo label. The order status updates to *Shipped* on your marketplace as soon as the label is printed.
