# Pixa WMS Reports: Warehouse and Inventory Analytics

> Access real-time and historical reports on warehouse operations, inventory movements, product sales performance, and user activity in Pixa WMS.

Pixa WMS captures data at every stage of the fulfilment process — from the moment a product arrives at your dock to the second a parcel leaves the warehouse — and surfaces that data as actionable reports. Use these reports to measure throughput, identify bottlenecks, track inventory accuracy, and hold your team accountable for performance targets.

## Report Types

### Warehouse Operations

Monitor the efficiency of your pick-and-pack workflow with metrics including:

* **Picks per hour** by user and shift — identify your fastest pickers and those who may need additional training.
* **Pick error rate** — the percentage of picks that triggered a barcode mismatch at the packing station.
* **Average pack time** — time from order opening to label print, broken down by carrier, channel, or order size.
* **Order cycle time** — end-to-end time from order import to shipment dispatch.

### Product Sales Performance

Understand which products drive the most warehouse activity:

* Units picked, packed, and shipped per product over any time range.
* Return rates and return reasons per SKU.
* Fastest- and slowest-moving products to inform restocking and location assignment decisions.

### Inventory Movements

Maintain a complete audit trail of every stock change:

* Receipts, picks, adjustments, and write-offs logged by product, location, and user.
* Variance reports from stock counts, comparing system quantities against physical counts.
* Stock-in and stock-out timelines to support supplier reconciliation or loss investigation.

### User Activity

Track what each team member does inside Pixa WMS:

* Login and session history per user.
* Pick and pack actions by user with timestamps.
* Adjustment history — every manual stock change with the reason code provided.

## Access and Filter Reports

1. Navigate to **Reports** in the left sidebar.
2. Select the report category from the top tabs: **Operations**, **Products**, **Inventory**, or **Users**.
3. Set the **date range** using the calendar picker. All reports support daily, weekly, monthly, and custom ranges.
4. Apply additional filters — such as warehouse zone, sales channel, carrier, or individual user — using the filter panel on the right.
5. Click **Generate Report** to load the data. Use **Export CSV** or **Export Excel** to download the results for further analysis.

<Tip>
Review the **Warehouse Operations** report at the end of each week and look for products with a high pick error rate. A cluster of errors around specific SKUs often indicates a labelling issue, a mis-assigned shelf location, or visually similar products stored too close together — all fixable with a quick warehouse adjustment.
