Automatic Label Generation
When you click Confirm Pack on an order, Pixa WMS:- Identifies the carrier assigned to the order (based on your channel routing rules or the carrier selected at order import).
- Calls the carrier’s API to create a shipment and retrieve a tracking number.
- Renders a print-ready shipping label in the correct carrier format.
- Sends the label to your configured label printer automatically.
Print, Hand Off, and Track
1
Print the Cargo Label
After confirming the pack, the label prints automatically on your connected label printer. If the print does not trigger, click Reprint Label on the order detail screen.
2
Attach the Label and Seal the Parcel
Fix the label securely to the outside of the parcel so the barcode is fully visible and not obscured by tape or folds.
3
Hand to the Carrier
Place the parcel in your outbound area or carrier collection zone. If your carrier requires a handover manifest, print it from Shipping → Daily Manifest and hand it to the driver.
4
Tracking Status Updates Automatically
As soon as the carrier scans the parcel at collection, the tracking event is mirrored in Pixa WMS and pushed back to the originating marketplace (e.g. Trendyol, Hepsiburada). The order status updates to Shipped with the tracking link — no manual update required.
