Every time a product is picked, received, counted, or manually adjusted in Pixa WMS, the updated stock quantity is broadcast immediately to every connected sales channel. This means your Trendyol listing, your Shopify store, and every other channel you sell on always reflect your true available warehouse stock — automatically, without any manual export or import.

How Sync Works

Stock updates flow in one direction for availability: warehouse → Pixa WMS → all connected channels.
  1. A warehouse event occurs (pick confirmed, receipt recorded, stock count applied, or manual adjustment saved).
  2. Pixa WMS recalculates the available quantity for the affected product, taking into account any open orders that have been picked but not yet shipped.
  3. The updated quantity is pushed via API to every channel that carries the product.
  4. Each channel updates its listing availability in near real time (within seconds for most integrations).
Incoming orders from all channels flow in the opposite direction, and Pixa WMS reserves stock as soon as an order is confirmed — before it is picked — to prevent another channel from selling the same unit.

Verify That Sync Is Active

1

Open Integration Settings

Go to Integrations → Sales Channels and locate the channel you want to verify.
2

Check the Sync Status Indicator

Each channel card displays a Stock Sync status badge. A green badge indicates sync is active. A yellow badge means sync is paused or awaiting re-authentication. A red badge indicates an error that requires action.
3

Trigger a Test Sync

Click Sync Now on the channel card to push the current stock snapshot to the channel immediately. Check the channel’s back-office to confirm the quantities match.
4

Review the Sync Log

Open Sync Log on the channel detail page to see a timestamped record of every stock update sent to that channel, including any errors and their causes.

When Stock Reaches Zero

When a product’s available quantity reaches zero, Pixa WMS can take automatic action depending on your channel configuration:
  • Auto-delist — the listing is taken down from the channel immediately to prevent a zero-stock sale.
  • Threshold warning — instead of delisting, Pixa WMS sends an in-app alert and an email notification when stock falls below a configurable safety threshold (e.g. 5 units), giving you time to reorder before stock runs out.
Configure these behaviours per channel under Integrations → Sales Channels → [Channel Name] → Stock Rules.
Activate stock sync on all your connected channels before you begin processing orders in Pixa WMS. If a channel is connected but sync is disabled, its listings will not update when stock changes, which can result in overselling on that channel.
