How Real-Time Sync Works
Every channel you connect to Pixa Lab shares the same live inventory pool. When an order arrives on Trendyol, the available quantity decreases instantly across Hepsiburada, your Shopify store, and every other active channel at the same moment. The same logic applies in reverse: when you receive new stock, all channels reflect the updated quantity without any manual intervention. This prevents overselling and keeps your listings accurate around the clock, even during high-traffic sales events.Stock is deducted automatically as soon as an order is confirmed. You do not need to trigger a manual update — Pixa Lab handles the deduction and propagates it to all channels immediately.
Managing Stock from Pixa Lab
You can perform all core inventory operations from a single screen inside Pixa Lab. Navigate to Inventory in the left sidebar to access the following operations.1
Add Incoming Stock
Record new stock arrivals by creating an incoming stock entry. Specify the product, quantity, and source location. Pixa Lab updates your available inventory and all connected channels once the entry is confirmed.

Transfer Stock Between Locations
Move inventory between warehouses or fulfilment centres using a stock transfer. Select the origin location, destination location, and the products to transfer. Stock levels at both locations adjust automatically when the transfer is completed.

Perform a Stock Count
Run a stock count to audit your physical inventory against the quantities recorded in Pixa Lab. Scan or enter actual counts for each product; Pixa Lab highlights discrepancies and lets you confirm or override the recorded figures.

Create a Manual Adjustment
Correct individual stock levels at any time by submitting an adjustment. Enter the product, the corrected quantity, and an optional reason. Adjustments are logged in your activity history for full traceability.
3PL Integrations
A third-party logistics (3PL) provider stores your products in their warehouse and handles picking, packing, and shipping on your behalf. Pixa Lab integrates directly with major 3PL providers so that orders are forwarded automatically and stock levels stay accurate without any manual steps.Supported 3PL Providers
How It Works
Once you configure a 3PL integration in Pixa Lab, the platform monitors incoming orders across all your channels. When an order qualifies for 3PL fulfilment, Pixa Lab forwards it to the warehouse automatically. The 3PL provider picks, packs, and ships the order, then sends a confirmation back to Pixa Lab. Your stock levels and order statuses update in real time throughout the entire process.Stock held at a 3PL location counts toward your total available inventory. If your 3PL provider ships an order, Pixa Lab deducts the quantity from that location and updates all your sales channels immediately.
