Pixa Lab centralises all of your sales and operational data into a reporting suite that covers every channel you’ve connected. Whether you want to identify your best-selling products, monitor order flow across marketplaces, audit inventory movements, or review integration activity, you’ll find everything you need without switching between platforms.

Report Types

Product Performance

See which products sell best across all your connected channels. Compare units sold, revenue, and return rates by product, category, or time period to inform your purchasing and pricing decisions.

Order Reports

Analyse order volume, fulfilment status, and channel breakdown over any date range. Identify peak trading periods, spot fulfilment bottlenecks, and track cancellation or return trends.

Inventory Reports

Monitor current stock levels, incoming shipments, transfers, and adjustments across all your locations. Spot low-stock situations before they affect your listings and review historical movements for full traceability.

Activity Logs

Review a detailed log of user actions and integration events — including who made changes, what changed, and when. Use activity logs for compliance audits and to troubleshoot integration issues.

Accessing and Filtering Reports

Every report in Pixa Lab supports flexible date-range filtering and can be broken down by channel, product, or location. Follow the steps below to run a report.
1

Open the Reports Section

Click Reports in the left navigation bar. You’ll see the full list of available report categories.
2

Select a Report Type

Choose the report you want to view — for example, Product Performance or Order Reports. Pixa Lab loads the report with a default date range of the last 30 days.
3

Apply Filters

Use the filter panel at the top of the report to narrow results by date range, sales channel, product, category, or fulfilment status. Combine multiple filters to drill down to exactly the data you need.
4

Review the Results

Pixa Lab displays your filtered data in both chart and table views. Switch between views using the toggle at the top right of the report panel.
Export any report to CSV or Excel by clicking the Export button in the top-right corner of the report view. Use exported data for custom analysis in spreadsheet tools or to share results with your team.
