Marketplace-Contracted vs. Private Carriers
When a marketplace provides its own carrier agreement — for example, Trendyol’s contracted rate with a specific cargo company — you can use that contract directly through Pixa Lab without any separate setup. Pixa Lab reads the available carrier options for each channel and presents them when you create a shipment for that channel’s orders. If you have negotiated your own rates with a cargo company outside of any marketplace, you can add that carrier as a private integration in Settings → Carriers. Once configured, your privately contracted carrier appears alongside marketplace carriers when you select shipping options, and you can apply it to orders from any channel.Generating a Shipping Label
1
Open the order
Go to Orders and click the order you want to ship. Confirm the order is in Ready to Ship status, and verify the shipping address and package details.
2
Select a carrier
In the order detail panel, click Create Shipment. Choose a carrier from the list — marketplace-contracted options are shown first, followed by any privately contracted carriers you have configured.
3
Enter package dimensions and weight
Fill in the package weight and dimensions if they are not already populated from a product template. Pixa Lab calculates the volumetric weight (desi) and displays the chargeable weight so you can confirm costs before proceeding.
4
Generate and print the label
Click Generate Label. Pixa Lab calls the carrier’s API, receives the barcode and waybill number, and renders the cargo label immediately. Click Print Label to send it to your connected printer, and optionally print the packing slip at the same time.
5
Confirm dispatch
Mark the shipment as Dispatched once the package is handed over to the carrier. Pixa Lab automatically sends the tracking number and carrier details back to the originating marketplace so the customer can follow their delivery.
