Pixa Lab handles the entire shipping workflow from within the same dashboard where you manage your orders. You can generate cargo labels for individual orders or in bulk, print packing slips alongside labels, and let Pixa Lab report tracking numbers back to the marketplace automatically. Both marketplace-contracted carriers and carriers you have contracted privately are fully supported.

Marketplace-Contracted vs. Private Carriers

When a marketplace provides its own carrier agreement — for example, Trendyol’s contracted rate with a specific cargo company — you can use that contract directly through Pixa Lab without any separate setup. Pixa Lab reads the available carrier options for each channel and presents them when you create a shipment for that channel’s orders. If you have negotiated your own rates with a cargo company outside of any marketplace, you can add that carrier as a private integration in Settings → Carriers. Once configured, your privately contracted carrier appears alongside marketplace carriers when you select shipping options, and you can apply it to orders from any channel.

Generating a Shipping Label

1

Open the order

Go to Orders and click the order you want to ship. Confirm the order is in Ready to Ship status, and verify the shipping address and package details.
2

Select a carrier

In the order detail panel, click Create Shipment. Choose a carrier from the list — marketplace-contracted options are shown first, followed by any privately contracted carriers you have configured.
3

Enter package dimensions and weight

Fill in the package weight and dimensions if they are not already populated from a product template. Pixa Lab calculates the volumetric weight (desi) and displays the chargeable weight so you can confirm costs before proceeding.
4

Generate and print the label

Click Generate Label. Pixa Lab calls the carrier’s API, receives the barcode and waybill number, and renders the cargo label immediately. Click Print Label to send it to your connected printer, and optionally print the packing slip at the same time.
5

Confirm dispatch

Mark the shipment as Dispatched once the package is handed over to the carrier. Pixa Lab automatically sends the tracking number and carrier details back to the originating marketplace so the customer can follow their delivery.

Supported Carriers

The table below lists all carriers currently supported in Pixa Lab. The Type column indicates whether the carrier is available as a marketplace-contracted option, a private (self-contracted) option, or both.
To print labels for multiple orders at once, select the orders you want to ship using the checkboxes in the Orders list and click Bulk Ship. Pixa Lab generates all labels in a single batch and queues them for printing in one PDF — ideal for high-volume dispatch runs at the start or end of your shift.
